For my new followers, here is a little about me. I have been writing since age 8 but only got the opportunity to write full time in 2018. What makes me unique as a person is that I have endured 2 open heart surgeries at a relatively young age. Having experienced such a challenge, I notice and appreciate all the little things in life: the graceful pirouette of a leaf flitting through the autumn air, the sound of the ocean recessing through a bank of pebbles, the exhilarating rush from spontaneous laughter. What makes my writing unique is my attention to detail in bringing these small blessings to life through my vivid characters and settings. After reading Wednesday Wine Club, for example, you will miss gathering with your friends for the weekly gossip and camaraderie. My goal is to engulf my readers in the story so that they may escape the trivialities of routine and live a different life for a stolen hour.
